About The Opportunity We operate in the AI-driven Talent Acquisition and HRTech sector, building intelligent recruitment products that connect candidates to opportunities using machine learning and automation. Our engineering teams deliver high-performance, accessible web applications used by enterprise and SMB customers across markets. Role Title: Frontend Developer (primary title). Location: On-site — India. Role & Responsibilities Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance web interfaces using React and TypeScript, delivering pixel-perfect implementations from Figma/Sketch designs. Design and maintain a reusable component library and design system to ensure consistency across web products. Integrate front-end applications with backend services (REST APIs/GraphQL), implement client-side caching and resilient error handling. Optimize front-end performance (bundle size, lazy loading, critical rendering path) and ensure cross-browser compatibility. Write and maintain unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and enforce front-end best practices (linting, type-checking, CI pipelines). Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Backend teams to estimate work, refine requirements, and ship features on a regular cadence. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have (technical skills) JavaScript TypeScript React HTML5 CSS3 REST APIs Preferred (technical Skills) Redux Next.js GraphQL Qualifications 3+ years of professional front-end development experience building production web applications. Proven track record of shipping React/TypeScript applications on-site in a fast-paced engineering environment. Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser testing. Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and front-end CI/CD pipelines. Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills; ability to work on-site in India full-time.
