As a Transformation Partner , you will play a pivotal role in driving holistic change in schools through the Chrysalis Think Room Programme , inspiring educators and enabling students to realize their infinite potential. You will be responsible for leading and facilitating the transformation of learning environments in partner schools by working closely with school leaders, teachers, and students. This role requires passion, empathy, creativity, and a deep belief in the power of education to transform lives. Key Responsibilities: Understand and internalize Chrysalis’ educational philosophy and methodologies. Partner with 15–20 schools to drive cultural and educational transformation. Conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers (Nursery to Grade 8). Collaborate with school leaders to design and implement systemic academic improvements. Collect and analyze feedback from schools to co-create sustainable solutions. Facilitate the implementation of Chrysalis learning solutions across classrooms. Ensure the ongoing adoption of Chrysalis programmes while nurturing long-term relationships with schools. Travel to partner schools (15–20 days per month) to provide on-ground support and mentoring. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or related fields preferred). Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Empathy and passion for educational transformation. Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel extensively and engage with diverse stakeholders. Prior experience in education, training, facilitation, or community engagement will be an advantage.
