I ordered couple of bed sheets, i got the product much earlier than the expected time, packaging was intact. One of the bed sheet i wanted to return due to color issue, the return was placed easily after calling customer service, good supportive customer care.

We ordered walnuts as our first order. The smell of walnuts is terrible, we immediately made a complaint but no action has been taken so far. They are cheaters. Selling garbage in the name of walnuts. I ordered 2 KG walnuts. The product is not eatable,colour is black ,size is small ,taste is bitter. Now they say we have no policy of refund and replacement. Please not buy anything from this site.

I ordered Inalsa handy Steamer. There was some delay in the shipment from the company's end . On being enquired upon the customer care was courteous enough to help me out with the delivery details. Overall a good experience.
