Job Description

SEC Reporting Analyst

## About the Role
This role involves the preparation and review of the Company’s SEC reporting documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate financial disclosures.

## Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review the Company’s SEC reporting, including Annual Reports, 10-K’s, 10-Q’s, 8-K’s, and XBRL filings as required.
  • Specific areas of focus include the Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and various footnote disclosures.
## Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a focus in public accounting.
  • CPA, ACA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
  • Proficiency in SEC reporting requirements and US GAAP.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience working within a global matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle.
  • Experience with Workiva is a plus.
