• Process

  Bills of Lading

  based on Shipping Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable country requirements.
• Review and validate shipping information to ensure

  accuracy and completeness

  before processing.
• Analyze and audit processed documentation to identify and correct discrepancies or errors.
• Ensure assigned documentation activities are completed

  accurately and within defined SLAs/timelines

• Follow established process guidelines, quality standards, and documentation procedures.
• Maintain a high level of

  accuracy, productivity, and quality

  in day-to-day work.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with the team to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good typing and keyboard skills with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of shipping/export documentation would be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of

  Microsoft Office

  .
• Good learning ability and willingness to understand shipping processes and procedures.
• Ability to work in different shifts, including public and festive holidays, based on business requirements.
