Expo Media brings every exhibition to your screen, regardless of location. Role Description We are s e eking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our Expo Media Channel team. This role focuses on driving revenue through podcast sponsorship sales, securing exhibition booth media coverage clients, and establishing media partnerships with exhibition organizers. The ideal candidate is a proactive marketer with strong sales acumen and a passion for events and media. *Key Res p onsibilities*: *Podcast Sales*: Identify and engage potential sponsors for our industry-specific podcasts. Develop t ailored sales pitches and media kits. Manage t h e sales pipeline from outreach to closing. *Exhibit i on Booth Media Coverage*: Sell med i a coverage packages (e.g., interviews, booth walk-throughs, live reporting) to exhibitors. Coordina t e logistics with on-site media teams and clients. Ensure d e livery of high-quality media assets post-event. *Media P a rtnerships*: Build an d maintain relationships with exhibition organizers. Negotiat e media partner agreements and in-event branding opportunities. Promote t he media channel as a value-added platform for exhibitor visibility. *Marketi n g Strategy & Execution*: Collabor a te on integrated marketing campaigns targeting exhibitors and sponsors. Track KP I s and generate performance reports. Represen t the media channel at expos and networking events. *Qualifi c ations*: Bachelor ' s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, media partnerships, or event marketing. Strong u n derstanding of digital media, podcasts, and event ecosystems. Excellen t communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-sta r ter with ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Willingn e ss to travel to expos and industry events as needed. *Preferr e d*: Experien c e in media sales for podcasts or trade shows.
