Should not be a full-time student currently.(Already graduated or 6-month internship ) Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Canva (designing layouts, covers, and book pages). Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised. High responsiveness and professional behaviour while dealing with customers. Basic understanding of travel/photo book aesthetics is a plus. Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines. Role & Responsibilities Design travel photo books on Canva according to customer requirements and brand guidelines. Coordinate across teams (design, printing, operations) to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp and guide them through the order and revision process. Keep track of all ongoing orders, revisions, and approvals, and ensure nothing is missed. Maintain high-quality communication and customer satisfaction. Provide timely updates on order progress. Ensure all files and folders are maintained properly for seamless operations.
