The Lead Front-End Developer will design and develop new features and enhancements to software applications that meet business specification. Primary responsibilities include wireframing and frontend implementation, user experience, usability, CSS layout, DOM manipulation, progressive enhancement / graceful degradation, cross-browser testing, unit testing, accessibility, use interaction and user interface design. As a Senior Test Engineer at Explorance, you will have the hands-on opportunity to work with a growing team to solve interesting challenges is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Selenium, as well as mentoring junior team members and ensuring the overall quality of our software products. The role requires a deep understanding of testing methodologies, test automation frameworks, and continuous integration processes. Roles and Responsibilities: Test Planning and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and define test strategies. Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure full test coverage. Test Automation: Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and other automation tools. Create and manage test automation frameworks to ensure reusable, efficient, and scalable test automation. Skillset Expectations: 7-10 years of Quality Assurance and testing experience in a web development environment. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 7+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation. Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit, and other test automation tools. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo). Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#) for test script development. Experience with API testing and automation using tools like REST Assured or Postman. Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
