Worst Customer Support...I called them 8 times in 3 days to talk about virtual calling...They gave empty promises of call return in 30 mins/ next day morning etc...Their customer support is worst..I am glad i realized it before signing up with them...Hope my review helps people...Dtay away from this company...

We have been using the Exotel software for last 2 years, off late the services provided and support provided by them is one of the worst and we as a company are even planning to switch to a different provider, i will never ever recommend exotel for business anymore...

Pathetic customer service. No one from the customer service team responds to the support calls. Account stays inactive for hours despite payment. They neither respond to tickets not calls. Stay away from exotel.
