Working culture of eclerx is not as per the expectation. Too much politics in process. You never expect growth in this company. Manager think that they are god of the process. And the advantage is, this is good for women safety. They provide cab facility but not free cab facility. They are charging 1400.

Hiring process so lengthy, where as HR are taking 3-4 hrs break for lunch, they never thought about candidates they only believe in enjoying break time for more than 3 hr.

Good company for in terms of benefits but not for the technical person. All profile here is semi technical profile. Only one team here is developing the in-house application aoart from that all are working on support proj.

One of the best place to work. I work here since 1 and half year. It is in Airoli ,navi mumbai side. Inside the mind space many companies are there. Very easy to visit, situated just outside the airoli station.

I walk in for interview on Friday they took 3 Rounds of interview first group discussion, 2 Aptitude Test, 3 HR Round. In HR Round they told me we will call you. My question is , Is they really call ? Please answer me.
