It's good place to start the career as a fresher.But there is a problem they don't hire in non hiring zones.I cracked the interview but i live in non hiring area.So i missed my chance.

Visited the place to give an interview. The place is neat and well maintained. The place looks and smells good. The staff is very friendly and helping. The place is well secured and is fully air conditioned. The employees are quiet helpful as well. All in all a great experience.

Its a good place for local employee.Salary is not high but there is a lot of incentive But include deduction also.We can not plan for future Activity.We can not assumtion what will be totL salary of the month should be High amount five times multiple of salary package or only salary package.

I work in EXL Analytics. Although the place is quite modern and has many amenities, there are quite a few things that are missing too, which is why the 3 stars. Lockers are not available and there is no proper sitting/waiting area for guests. Also, lack of help from the facilities department adds to the woes.

Good place for professionals to work but very much crowdy. Even after having so much of crowd, you will feel alone there

This is the biggest office of EXL in Gurgaon (also in India). The creativity lounge on the fourth floor has great hot chocolate. The company has very strict entrance policy. Make sure you have talked to the relevant person and arranged for all the required permissions before you visit. Data devices are prohibited items.

Exl is a very good company to work with as compared to it's competitors. It provides any onsite opportunities to employees. Good career growth and best work culture. My first ever company. Miss it
