Exide Technologies, LLC, as a part of Exide Holdings, Inc., filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on May 19, 2020. Through a court-supervised auction both the Americas battery manufacturing and recycling businesses and the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)/Asia-Pacific (APAC) battery manufacturing and recycling businesses were sold to separate buyers in August 2020 and October 2020 respectively. Very good Service, certified store of exide power very supportive store keeper I went there for my car's battery solution, my car was not starting because of battery they understand the problem and help me to replace new battery which is in under warranty period.
