Exide Technologies, LLC, as a part of Exide Holdings, Inc., filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on May 19, 2020. Through a court-supervised auction both the Americas battery manufacturing and recycling businesses and the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)/Asia-Pacific (APAC) battery manufacturing and recycling businesses were sold to separate buyers in August 2020 and October 2020 respectively. I visited to inquire about the warranty, but received an unsatisfactory response. At the reception desk, they did not provide any proper information and simply ignored my request. If they don't have the information, they should mention it rather than ignoring customers directly.
