Through a court-supervised auction both the Americas battery manufacturing and recycling businesses and the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)/Asia-Pacific (APAC) battery manufacturing and recycling businesses were sold to separate buyers in August 2020 and October 2020 respectively.
