The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for providing a warm welcome, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant guest experience throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner Handle guest check-in and check-out processes Manage room reservations and booking inquiries Answer phone calls, emails, and front desk queries Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room status Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly Maintain guest records and billing details Accept payments and issue receipts Ensure front desk area is clean and presentable Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred Good communication skills in English & local language Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel software preferred) Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays Preferred Candidate Profile Previous experience in hotel or resort front desk (preferred) Fresher candidates with good communication skills can also apply Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
