Executive - Warehouse Operations - Walk In - Ambernath - Narhen

Role Purpose -
The Warehouse Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day warehouse operations. The role involves ensuring seamless inbound and outbound operations, timely GRN creation, POD and Credit Note closure, inventory accuracy, cycle count compliance and daily operational reporting while consistently meeting defined service levels and customer commitments.

Warehouse Operations & Service Delivery -

Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound warehouse activities in 3PL shared WH, including receipt, put-away, order processing, picking, loading, and dispatch. Ensure all confirmed sales orders are dispatched accurately and in full while proactively resolving operational exceptions and maintaining process compliance

GRN, POD & Credit Note Management -

Ensure timely and accurate GRN creation for all receipts within the defined SLA. Track deliveries, obtain PODs, and drive POD closure within timelines. Coordinate with transporters and internal teams for clearance of shortages, damages, returns, and Credit Note closure.

Inventory Management & Control -

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, variance analysis, and corrective actions. Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance, monitor stock ageing, and maintain accurate physical and system inventory records.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management -

Prepare and share daily MIS reports covering inbound, outbound, inventory, GRN, CN, POD, and service performance. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the 3PL partner to ensure visibility, issue resolution and continuous operational improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile -

• Graduate in any discipline; Supply Chain/Logistics background preferred.
• 2-5 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably FMCG/Food QSR service industry.
• Experience in managing 3PL warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, inventory management, GRN, POD and dispatch processes.
• Strong coordination, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
