Executive - Warehouse Operations

Job Description:

• PO creation - Creating POs for monthly orders and ensuring fill rates as per the shared PO.
• Vehicle Planning - Raising a vehicle request to the logistic team and ensuring daily & timely vehicle placement from the vendor location to the WHs
• Tracking inwarding -All stock to be inwarded as per the SOP, ensuring no delay in inwarding because of operational issues.
• WH's 1st allocation - ensuring all stock should be fairly distributed across WHs to obtain a 1st allocation of 99%, Timely STO creation to avoid the delay in stock connectivity
• Communication & co-ordination - From cross-functional teams like WHs, Logistics, and Vendor for day-to-day operations.
• Daily Report creation - Stock reports, Vehicle tracking report, Invoice tracker, STO report.
• Vendor payment - ensuring timely payment is raised with the vendor on a weekly basis.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
