Executive - Service Line

Sakra World Hospital, Bangalore Hiring for Service line Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the SPOC for patients across consultations, investigations, procedures, surgeries, admissions, and discharge.
• Drive OP-to-IP conversion, procedure bookings, cross-referrals, and revenue generation.
• Counsel patients on treatment plans, estimates, packages, admissions, and financial formalities.
• Coordinate patient registration, appointments, OT/room bookings, PAC, insurance, TPA, pre-authorisation, billing, and discharge.
• Liaise with consultants, nursing teams, front office, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
• Manage referral doctor coordination, marketing leads, and patient follow-ups.
• Track patient movement, reports, pending cases, and post-discharge follow-ups.
• Maintain patient trackers, referral records, conversion reports, and monthly MIS.
• Coordinate package development, estimate updates, discounts, and approvals.
• Ensure patient satisfaction through regular interaction and timely resolution of concerns.
• Support other service lines as required.
