Executive - Recovery (Micro finance)

• Conduct regular field visits to follow up on overdue customers and ensure recovery of outstanding loan amounts.
• Maintain proper records of daily collections and update reports to the branch or regional office.
• Educate customers on repayment schedules and financial discipline.
• Negotiate and resolve repayment issues with delinquent borrowers in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with field officers, branch heads, and area managers for recovery planning and monitoring.
• Identify potential defaulters early and take preventive measures to avoid delinquency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and RBI/FI regulatory guidelines.
• Support legal and collection teams in case of escalated or hard recovery cases.
• Submit periodic MIS reports and recovery performance updates.
• Promote customer relationships and community goodwill to maintain a positive organizational image.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
