Executive - Kanban/ Logistics

The Kanban Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of inventory and customer satisfaction within our organization. This position is integral to maintaining the flow of materials and optimizing the Kanban system, which directly impacts our operational efficiency and customer service.

• Conduct weekly or scheduled visits to Kanban customers.
• Scan empty bins and forward information to the head office or upload in CPS for order booking.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipment dispatch from the Pune warehouse to customer sites; provide clear feedback on findings.
• Liaise with customers for receipt confirmation of shipments.
• Refill bins and scan further empty bins for replenishment.
• Monitor bin cleanliness and barcode readability regularly.
• Collect customer feedback on the Kanban system every six months in the Würth format provided by the head office.
• Ensure compliance with IMS requirements for the quality management system.
• Monitor processes to confirm intended outputs are achieved.
• Report on QMS performance and improvement opportunities to management.
• Promote customer focus in all activities.
• Maintain QMS integrity during planned changes.
• Perform all Kanban-related functions and tasks.
• Prepare system check reports, bin optimization, and bin investment reports.

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
