Executive - Internal Audit

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in process audits, internal controls, and risk assessment. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying control gaps, and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct process audits across various business functions, including procurement, sales, inventory, finance, and operations.
• Review business processes, internal controls, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify process inefficiencies, control weaknesses, and potential risks.
• Perform walkthroughs, prepare audit checklists, and conduct sample-based testing.
• Verify compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Prepare audit working papers, observations, and reports with practical recommendations.
• Discuss audit findings with process owners and follow up on corrective action plans.
• Support risk assessment and internal audit planning activities.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in process audits and internal audit assignments.
• Good understanding of internal controls, risk management, and audit methodologies.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of accounting systems.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
