Executive - Freight Forwarding Operations

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage day-to-day shipping and freight forwarding operations. Conduct regular visits to suppliers, companies, and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Handle operational tasks and documentation related to freight forwarding. Ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments. Travel as needed for client meetings and operational requirements. Handle and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies Preferred candidate profile 3 to 4 years of experience in freight forwarding operations (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of shipping and logistics procedures. Ability to build and maintain rapport with stakeholders. Presentable and professional demeanor. Willingness to travel within Mumbai and potentially beyond. Ability to handle independently operational tasks efficiently and accurately.
