Executive Assistant To Founder – MIS & Business Operations

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Founder in MIS & Business Operations. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
• Manage office coordination, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement effective management information systems (MIS) to support business decisions.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in business operations.
• Provide administrative support to the Founder, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in business operations.

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Strong skills in travel arrangements, office coordination, and MIS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Industry experience in Apparel/Textiles/Garments/Manufacturing/Export-Import or Business Services is preferred but not mandatory.
