The Vedritam Group (formerly DAV Group) - Chennai was established in 1970 at Gopalapuram, Chennai, with just 50 students. Today, the Group caters to over 40,000 students across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry and has a staff strength of over 2,000, including 1,700 teachers. Four of our branches have been consistently ranked among the top 15 schools in the country.

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

* Prepare financial statements, reports and MIS.

* Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow management.

* Manage statutory compliances including TDS, GST, PF, ESI and other filings.

* Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and other departments.

* Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

* Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel and accounting software.

* Strong knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance.

* Good analytical skills with attention to detail.

* Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate effectively.

Salary shall commensurate with experience

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
