Execution Manager (MCS & Industrial Piping)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a result-oriented Execution Manager to lead industrial piping and MCS projects across India, overseeing site teams, project planning, client coordination, cost control, quality, safety, and timely project completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Execution: Manage multiple industrial piping and MCS projects across India.
• Team Management: Lead site engineers, supervisors, technicians and subcontractors.
• Project Monitoring: Track schedules, productivity, manpower and material availability.
• Technical Coordination: Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and execution plans.
• Client Coordination: Resolve site issues with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Resource & Cost Control: Optimize manpower, machinery, materials and project costs.
• Billing & Commercials: Monitor JMRs, RA bills, variations and final billing.
• Procurement Coordination: Ensure timely material supply and reconciliation.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE and client requirements.
• MIS & Reporting: Review progress, productivity and cost reports for management.
• Risk Management: Resolve execution challenges and prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Process Improvement: Standardize execution practices and improve operational efficiency.

REQUIRED SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• Strong experience in industrial piping execution and MCS projects.
• Knowledge of HDPE fusion, MS welding, uPVC/CPVC jointing and utility networks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and site teams across India.
• Strong project planning, scheduling and resource management skills.
• Understanding of BOQs, costing, billing, material reconciliation and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read P&IDs, isometric drawings and utility layouts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; MS Project and ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Effective coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
