Exciting Career Opportunity: India Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
• Drive workforce planning, onboarding and HR operations.
• Manage HRBP activities, employee engagement, performance management and employee relations.
• Coordinate payroll, statutory compliance, budgeting, invoicing and vendor payments.
• Oversee office administration, IT infrastructure, procurement and facilities.
• Act as a bridge between India leadership, vendors and Japan HQ.
• Manage BOT vendors, SLAs, KPIs and operational governance.
• Establish HR policies, SOPs and scalable processes for India operations.
• Drive vendor-to-in-house operations transition.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in end-to-end IT Talent Acquisition.
• GCC / MNC recruitment and HRBP experience.
• HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Vendor management and business operations.
• Global stakeholder management.
• Experience in GCC setup or scaling operations.
