We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager (Sales) to drive channel sales and distribution across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing dealer networks, achieving sales targets, and leveraging mobile sales platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage and expand dealer/distributor network across assigned regions Drive channel sales and ensure consistent revenue growth Utilize multi-level sales mobile apps for tracking and reporting Monitor market trends and competitor activity Ensure timely execution of sales strategies and promotional activities Collaborate with internal teams for product training and support Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers Candidate Profile 4–9 years of experience in FMCG, FMCD, Telecom, Furnishings, Flooring, Plywood, Ceramic, Mattress, Home Interiors, or allied sectors (experience in home décor is a plus) Currently handling distribution, dealer management, and channel sales Hands-on experience with sales mobile applications Result-oriented with a strong performance record Willing to travel extensively and relocate if required Preferably from the target location and familiar with nearby markets Minimum qualification: Graduate Age: 26–40 years Products: Wallpapers, Floorings, Home Furnishings
