CUSTOMER SERVICE CANT HELP YOU. THEY’RE ALL A-HOLES! Been trying to talk with them for 2+ Hours with little to no progress to help with my situation at all! When it comes to schools using this 3rd Party system it takes exams, WHY?!? WORST COMPANY FOR TEST TAKING EVER! Should be out of business to be very blunt with y’all!

Terrible experience. The proctor spent almost an hour verifying everything and confirmed that everything was perfect.But when they were unable to launch the exam due to technical issues at their end, the proctor started finding issues with my system and she left inbetween.

Hated the experience
The dumb proctor asked me to close native windows applications. My exam started 1 hour after the scheduled time. The robotic responses were adding insult to injury.

These people are disgusting. I have severe anxiety and got a man who was yelling at me the whole time. He paused my exam and started yelling, I began to cry due to anxiety. This was my last ever college exam and it was ruined. Now I have to retake it.
