Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers Understand client requirements and pitch website development, SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing services Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales closures Build relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Update CRM software with call details and follow-up actions. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth project execution. Requirements: Proven experience in sales/tele-sales (Website or Digital Marketing services preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of websites, SEO, and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
