Document configurations, SOPs, and troubleshooting workflows for operational excellence. Participate in capacity planning, change management (ITIL), and network audits. Coordinate with vendors for RMA, upgrades, and feature enhancement discussions. Stay current with emerging technologies like SDN, network automation, and hybrid cloud networking. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on expertise in Layer 2 / Layer 3 networking, including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, VRF, VXLAN, and EVPN.
