Role & responsibilities * Plan and schedule production as per customer requirements and delivery timelines * Monitor machine cycle times and optimize scheduling accordingly * Coordinate closely with the shopfloor and other departments to ensure smooth production flow * Track daily production output and address bottlenecks * Prepare and maintain production reports and MIS * Ensure proper utilization of machines and manpower * Work 50% of the time on the shopfloor for real-time monitoring Preferred candidate profile
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - • Root Cause Analysis Find out the detailed root cause through 8D analysis, CAPA system. • Documentation: Preparation of PPAP, APQP, etc documentation for existing & NPD Parts. • Training: Provide training and guidance to operator regarding instruments, Process, Rejections, etc. • PPM:- Achieve PPM targets as per decided by organization. • Kaizen Implementation • 5S initiative. • Inspection: Carry out the RM -In process-Final Inspection on daily basis & maintaining the required documentation. • Making operation layout as per process. • Preparation of supplier audits and implementing as per plan.
