We specialize in distributing ATMs and financial products across India. With a focus on innovation and financial empowerment, we are rapidly expanding our network and seeking passionate sales professionals to join our mission. Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head for Tamil Nadu to lead our regional ATM sales initiative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, generating and managing leads, and developing a high-performing sales team in the region. Future responsibilities will include selling digital financial products launched by the company. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through online and offline channels.Sales Execution: Sell ATMs directly to interested individuals and follow up on company-generated leads.CRM Management: Regularly update the CRM system with daily activity and sales pipeline status.Target Achievement: Meet the monthly sales target of 10 ATM conversions.Reporting: Report to the Senior Manager – Business and Operations on sales performance and strategic inputs.Team Building: Hire, train, and manage a sales team for broader reach and better conversions in Tamil Nadu.Product Promotion: Drive awareness and sales of upcoming digital financial products offered by the company.Customer Interaction: Use persuasive and clear communication to convert leads, primarily through remote communication (calls, messages, virtual meetings). Candidate Requirements:Minimum 6 years of D2C sales experience in high-value products (₹1 lakh+).Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Tamil and English.Proven ability to work independently and convert leads remotely.Leadership skills to build and manage a regional sales team.Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer engagement.Familiarity with using CRM tools for tracking and reporting. Compensation & Incentives:Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 per month.Incentives:0-5 ATMs/month: ₹2,000 per conversion5-7 ATMs/month: ₹2,500 per conversion7-10 ATMs/month: ₹3,000 per conversionAbove 10 ATMs/month: ₹4,000 per conversionExpected Total Earnings: ₹80,000+ on achieving 10 ATM conversions/month.Note: TA/DA will not be provided. The role is primarily remote sales. In-person meetings (if necessary) must be self-arranged.
