Role & responsibilities Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, applications and modulesExperience with integrations between ServiceNow and other tools/systems Proficient in all phases of the Application Development lifecycle with experience in an agile environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at multiple levelsAbility to work independently and manage multiple task assignmentsStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgementEagerness to mentor junior staffServiceNow certifications are preferredExperience with Knowledge Base platforms, ideally ServiceNow Knowledge Management application is a plus.Preferred candidate profile Minimum 8-12 years of experience in software developmentMinimum of 3 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in complex environmentsMinimum of 5+ years of technology experience, including development, implementation, and maintenance of large scale systems
