Key Responsibilities: Assemble electro-optical and electro-mechanical modules with high precision. Handle and mount lenses, prisms, filters, and optical sensors safely. Perform alignment, calibration, and testing of optical systems. Conduct microscope and precision instrument assembly, ensuring ESD-safe handling. Apply adhesive bonding, sealing, and fine-pitch fastening as per specifications. Use torque tools, precision fixtures, and jigs for accurate assembly. Maintain quality standards, follow safety protocols, and document assembly processes. Qualifications: Diploma in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Mechatronics Engineering OR ITI in Fitter, Turner, Precision Machinist, or Instrument Mechanic. Hands-on experience in precision fitting, delicate assemblies, and optical system handling. Familiarity with electro-optical or electro-mechanical integration and calibration. Knowledge of optical instruments, defense, aerospace, medical devices, or precision mechanical assembly is preferred. Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Experience with fine assembly, lens fitting, and optical alignment. Ability to work with minimal supervision on delicate components. Understanding of ESD safety protocols.
