Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team at Evochef LLP. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently, while also supporting sales activities. This role requires excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil, strong Excel knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with technicians and clients across India and international markets. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and virtual calls (India & International). Maintain customer records, track complaints, and follow up until resolution. Coordinate with service technicians for timely visits and issue resolution. support the sales team with follow-ups, order tracking, and customer relationship management. Maintain and update reports in Excel for customer service and sales activities. Provide virtual assistance and support to clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Escalate critical issues to the relevant departments when necessary. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related roles. Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Tamil (spoken and written). Strong knowledge of MS Excel (reporting, tracking, data management). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
