We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts cum Logistics Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, logistics coordination, and inventory tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and experience in managing dispatch, transportation, and documentation processes. Key Responsibilities: Accounts: Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP . Handle vendor bills, payments, and petty cash transactions. Prepare sales invoices and maintain receivables/payables records. Support monthly closing and assist in report generation (P&L, balance sheet). Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation. Coordinate with auditors and the finance team for periodic reviews. Logistics: Coordinate product dispatches and ensure timely delivery. Manage courier partners and transport arrangements. Track shipments and maintain delivery records. Prepare and verify dispatch documentation (invoice, delivery challan, E-way bill, etc.). Maintain stock movement records and assist in inventory reconciliation. Liaise with the production and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
