About the job: Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our two-wheeler dealership team. You'll be responsible for assisting walk-in customers, generating leads, and converting inquiries into successful sales. Key responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their vehicle requirements. 2. Provide detailed information on available two-wheeler models, features, pricing, and finance options. 3. Conduct test rides and follow up with potential buyers. 4. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain a database of leads and customer interactions using CRM tools. 6. Assist in vehicle delivery, documentation, and registration process. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and competitor activities. 8. Participate in showroom promotions and field sales campaigns. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus. 2. 1-2 years of experience in automotive or retail sales preferred. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Customer-first attitude and persuasive selling ability. 5. Basic knowledge of two-wheeler models and specifications. 6. Valid driver's license (two-wheeler) and willingness to travel locally.
