Role Overview The Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse, logistics, and order fulfilment operations. The role involves managing inventory accuracy, coordinating with marketplaces and couriers, monitoring dispatch timelines, and ensuring all customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities 1. Order & Dispatch Management Process and monitor daily orders from marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, 1MG, etc.) and EverActiv.in. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch. Track all courier shipments and ensure on-time delivery. Handle order cancellations, returns (RTOs), and replacements. 2. Inventory & Warehouse Management Maintain stock accuracy across marketplaces and internal systems. Conduct daily/weekly cycle counts and monthly physical stock audits. Update inward and outward entries in the inventory management system (IMS). Coordinate with suppliers for inward shipments and GRN updates. 3. Vendor & Courier Coordination Liaise with courier partners (Amazon ATS, Delhivery, Shiprocket, Bluedart, etc.) for pickup issues, delays, and claims. Coordinate with packaging and raw material vendors for timely replenishment. Manage claims for damaged/lost shipments with courier partners. 4. Reporting & MIS Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports on dispatch, returns, and stock position. Track courier performance (TAT, RTO %, delivery success rate). Maintain SKU-wise stock and reorder alerts. Key Skills & Competencies Basic understanding of eCommerce operations and inventory management . Familiar with Amazon Seller Central , Flipkart Seller Hub , and Shiprocket . Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Qualification & Experience Graduate in any discipline 1 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management in a D2C or eCommerce setup. Working Conditions 6-day working week
