About the Role: Eventia Events is seeking a highly creative 3D Designer with proven event industry experience , specializing in corporate events, exhibitions, and luxury setups . You will transform concepts into clear, impactful 3D visualizations, helping clients visualize and feel their events in advance. Key Responsibilities: Design 3D layouts for stages, exhibitions, and premium event setups Develop mood boards and unique themes aligned with client objectives Create production-ready technical drawings from 3D models using AutoCAD Collaborate with creative, production, and client servicing teams Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining quality Requirements: Proficiency in 3ds Max, Lumion or Twinmotion, Photoshop, Illustrator AutoCAD skills for extracting technical/production drawings Highly creative, able to develop original ideas and themes Strong sense of space, lighting, and premium event aesthetics Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects Portfolio demonstrating event-related 3D work Preferred: Architects or Interior Designers with event industry backgrounds Knowledge of trussing, LED walls, staging, and event production elements Strong communication skills for client presentations Arabic language understanding is a plus (brownie point) Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
