Tirtha Yatra is dedicated to creating meaningful pilgrimage and spiritual travel experiences. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Event Marketing professional who can plan, execute, and promote events that strengthen our brand presence and engage our target audience.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Event Marketing professional with 3–4 years of experience in event planning, marketing, and execution. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and promotional skills, with the ability to manage events from conceptualization to successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, promotional activities, exhibitions, roadshows, and customer engagement programs.
• Develop and implement event marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Coordinate with vendors, event agencies, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Manage event budgets, logistics, timelines, and promotional materials.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
• Promote events through digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and offline marketing channels.
• Monitor event performance, lead generation, audience engagement, and return on investment (ROI).
• Conduct post-event analysis and prepare reports with key insights and recommendations.
• Ensure all events align with Tirtha Yatra’s brand identity and business objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in event marketing, event management, or experiential marketing.
• Strong event planning, execution, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.
• Experience managing event budgets and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media promotions.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required for events.

Salary

₹35,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skill set.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
