Event Manager Corporate Events

Role & responsibilities

• Own events from confirmation to wrap-up: planning, timelines, vendor closing, design approvals, on-ground execution and post-event closure
• Be the main point of contact for clients during execution, and handle last-minute changes calmly and professionally
• Coordinate with vendors for staging, sound, light, LED, decor, F&B, artists and logistics, and make sure everything shows up on time and as approved
• Run site recces and final walkthroughs, and manage venue setup and dismantling
• Track event costs against approved budgets and flag escalations early
• Lead crew and freelancers on event day and keep everyone aligned to the run-of-show
• Close each event properly with photo/video handover, vendor settlements and client feedback

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 - 5 years of hands-on corporate event execution, with agency experience preferred
• A strong vendor network in Pune is a big advantage
• Clear communication in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Comfortable with early calls, late nights and travel when events demand it
• Organised, calm under pressure, and good with Excel and WhatsApp-speed coordination
• Own two-wheeler preferred, since the role involves a lot of moving between venues and vendors

Working hours: 10 am 7 pm, Monday to Saturday. Event days follow the event, not the clock.
