Event Management with operations

We are looking for an experienced Event Operations Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end execution of events and brand activations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in event planning, costing, vendor management, and on-ground execution, ensuring smooth and high-quality delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of events and brand activations from planning to execution.
• Prepare detailed event costing and budgets while ensuring cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Oversee on-ground event execution, ensuring smooth operations and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate closely with creative, client servicing, and production teams for seamless execution.
• Manage logistics, manpower, fabrication, and event setup requirements.
• Identify potential operational challenges and provide quick problem-solving solutions during events.
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and vendor payments coordination.
• Monitor project progress and maintain quality control during event execution.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in Event Management / Brand Activations / Experiential Marketing.

• Extensive experience in event planning, coordination, and execution.
• Proven experience in vendor coordination and production management.
• Experience working with reputed event or activation agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple events and tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel and manage on-ground event operations when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
