About Round The Clock Events
Round The Clock Events is an event management and experiential marketing agency that creates impactful brand experiences, corporate events, product launches, conferences, award ceremonies and special events.
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Event Designer & 3D Visualiser who can transform client briefs into compelling event concepts, realistic 3D stage designs, professional presentation decks and execution-ready technical layouts.
Key Responsibilities
1. 3D Stage Design & Visualisation
- Design 3D stages for corporate events, product launches, conferences, award ceremonies and brand activations.
- Create realistic 3D renders of stages, LED screens, backdrops, trussing, lighting and event branding.
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards and multiple design options based on client briefs.
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, practical and feasible for execution.
2. Presentation & PPT Design
- Create premium client presentation decks, event proposals and creative pitch presentations.
- Develop visually compelling slides featuring concepts, mood boards, 3D renders, layouts and branding elements.
- Maintain high standards of typography, layout, consistency and visual storytelling.
3. 2D Layouts & Technical Drawings
- Prepare 2D event floor plans, stage layouts, seating arrangements and venue layouts.
- Create dimensioned drawings, elevations and layouts for production and fabrication.
- Coordinate with production teams and vendors to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.
4. Graphic Design & Event Branding
- Design LED screen graphics, stage backdrops, standees, signage, banners and event collaterals.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets according to production specifications.
- Ensure consistent branding across all event touchpoints.
5. Production Coordination
- Collaborate with the business development, creative and production teams.
- Incorporate client feedback and deliver revisions within deadlines.
- Coordinate with fabricators, AV vendors and production teams to translate designs into physical setups.
- Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
Required Skills & Software
- 3D Design: SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender or equivalent.
- Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, coral draw,
- Presentation Design: Microsoft PowerPoint, KeyNote
- 2D Technical Drawings: AutoCAD or equivalent.
- Animation
- Strong understanding of stage dimensions, event layouts, materials, lighting, LED screens and fabrication.
- Excellent visualisation, creative thinking, typography and layout skills.
- Ability to interpret briefs and independently develop creative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, time management and communication skills.
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on graphic design experience specifically in the event management, event production or experiential marketing industry.
- Experience designing actual event deliverables such as stage backdrops, LED screen graphics, standees, signage and large-format branding.
- Strong understanding of print production, artwork dimensions, bleed, resolution and colour modes.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines and handle last-minute event requirements.
- Strong visualisation, typography, layout and attention to detail.
- A portfolio showcasing actual event industry design projects is compulsory.
Candidates with only general graphic design, social media, digital marketing or logo design experience, without event industry design experience, will not be considered.
