Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker at Eutierria Ventures Private Limited in Mumbai. The Baker will be responsible for baking and preparing food items such as desserts, cookies and bread on a daily basis to meet the cafe's requirements. You will be joining Eutierria Ventures, a start-up in Mumbai that focuses on developing unique F&B brands with a planet-first approach. Our initial project, a plant-based intimate caf named pause., opened its doors in February 2025 in Bandra, Mumbai. At Eutierria Ventures, we are committed to creating innovative food and beverage concepts that prioritize sustainability and eco-friendly practices. As a Baker in Mumbai, your role will be full-time and on-site. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and bake a variety of baked goods such as cookies, desserts, and bread. Your daily tasks will involve producing the current range of cookies, breads & buns, and diverse desserts. In addition to baking, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to food safety regulations, and collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new sweet & savoury products. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Bakery and Baking techniques, along with experience in Food Preparation, particularly in baking goods like cakes, cookies, and bread. Knowledge of kitchen safety standards and food hygiene practices is essential. Effective communication and teamwork are also crucial, as well as the flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in a bakery or food service environment would be advantageous, and a culinary certification or related qualification is a plus.,
