At Eutierria Ventures, we are committed to creating innovative food and beverage concepts that prioritize sustainability and eco-friendly practices. As a Baker in Mumbai, your role will be full-time and on-site. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and bake a variety of baked goods such as cookies, desserts, and bread. Your daily tasks will involve producing the current range of cookies, breads & buns, and diverse desserts. In addition to baking, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to food safety regulations, and collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new sweet & savoury products. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Bakery and Baking techniques, along with experience in Food Preparation, particularly in baking goods like cakes, cookies, and bread. Knowledge of kitchen safety standards and food hygiene practices is essential. Effective communication and teamwork are also crucial, as well as the flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
