The role holder is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for ensuring admissions goals are met as also partnering with marketing for effective brand awareness initiatives. Responsibilities 1. Achieving admission targets set for the Academic year • To develop and execute a roadmap to drive admission numbers • Be responsible for multiple aspects of school admissions in order to maximise enquiries and enrolments • Overseeing and evaluating current admission process, keeping abreast of trends in the industry and working on process improvements to facilitate admissions more effectively 2. Contribute to marketing & branding efforts to meet strategic objectives • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop the schools reputation and raise awareness of the brand amongst relevant stakeholders • Ensure adequate prospectuses are available to the team in a timely manner • Newspapers ads, social media, and other channels to be utilized efficiently for maximum reach to target audience 3. Team management • Motivating and guiding the admission counsellors at schools • Training school admission team in protocols, brand guidelines and processes so that exceptional advice and customer service is offered to parents • Getting involved in interaction with parents as required to solve issues, garner feedback and using those suggestions/ ideas for further improvement 4. Data management and reporting • Be the custodian of all data relating to admissions and retention • Track and analyse relevant data (geographical location of visitors, enquiries, registrations etc.) to aid in forecasting and planning. 10% Role and responsibilities Weightage (%) • Designing and updating dashboards periodically to give visibility to management on admission activity. Qualifications Graduate and Min 10 - 15 years of work experience, at least 5 years of which should be in handling school admissions at a senior level. • MBA/PG in Marketing is preferred • Knowledge of ERP
