Euro-Center Cape Town (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Claims Coordinator with German Language skills (B2 or higher) to join our dynamic, multilingual and multicultural team in Cape Town, South Africa. In this role, you will collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim. Analyse a claim made by a policyholder to establish whether it satisfies the policy conditions. We are looking for a motivated, adaptable professional with strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, works well both independently and in teams, and demonstrates empathy, active listening, and customer focus. Key strengths include planning, organisation, commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Claims services Replying to incoming email enquiries Communication & claims processing arrangements for medical and travel insurance claims Efficient "start to end" claims handling including data entry and invoice assessment Provide friendly and outstanding customer service Respond to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner Work efficiently in a multilingual and multi-cultural team Job Requirements: German speaker with professional fluency – level B2 or higher Pro-active and perform well under pressure Excellent attention to detail Flexible and open-minded to ongoing changes and training Matric or higher Strong computer user skills in Microsoft Office tools SA VISA secured already, ideally Important: Relevant German Language Proficiency Level certificate needs to be supplied with your CV Advantageous: FSB registered Previous work experience in Medical Assistance, Insurances, Claims Handling or Tourism Previous work experience utilising German Language skills (written and/or verbal) We Offer: A background of stable, global company Training based on international professional know-how, systems and various training platforms 21 days vacation per year Free parking Basic salary Performance Bonus Company-paid medical aid for employee plus up to two minor dependents Retirement annuity (10% of basic salary paid by the company) Start date: 1 November 2025 To apply, send your CV to [email protected] and take the next step in your career journey!
