Key Responsibilities . Business Development & Lead GenerationIdentify and develop new business opportunities in SMB, Corporate, Government, Education, and Healthcare sectors. Conduct field visits, cold calls, and on-site meetings with prospects. Build a healthy sales pipeline and follow through on leads till closure. Customer Engagement & Relationship ManagementUnderstand client IT requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers (IT managers, procurement heads, CTO/CIO, admin teams). Provide timely responses to customer queries and coordinate with internal teams. Product & Solution SellingPromote ETSC’s portfolio including: IT Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking, PCs, Workstations, Laptops) Cybersecurity Solutions Audio-Visual Solutions (Smart classrooms, Digital Podiums, Professional Displays) Cloud & Licensing Solutions (Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, Adobe) IT Services & AMC Demonstrate product presentations and basic technical understanding to customers (training will be provided). Sales Targets & ReportingAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of visits, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM tools. Provide daily/weekly updates to the Sales Head.
