Job Title: Research and Development Intern Department: R&D / Product Innovation Location: Changanacherry,kottayam,kerala Duration: 2–3 Months (Internship) Stipend: Applicable About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Research and Development Intern to join our R&D team. The selected candidate will assist in research, data analysis, product testing, and development of innovative solutions that support ongoing and upcoming projects. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in product innovation and applied research within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the R&D team in designing, testing, and analyzing new product concepts and prototypes. Conduct literature reviews, market research, and data collection to support research objectives. Assist in documenting experiments, preparing technical reports, and summarizing product performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and production. Identify opportunities for product enhancement and process optimization. Required Skills and Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or a related field . Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities. Basic understanding of experimental design, data collection, and analysis methods. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ; familiarity with statistical or simulation tools is an advantage. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Qualifications: Educational background or hands-on experience in Information Technology (IT) or related fields.
