Handle inbound customer queries with patience and clarity
Maintain effective communication in English during customer interactions
Demonstrate basic computer knowledge for daily tasks
Provide customer support while maintaining service standards

Eligibility Criteria:

HSC (12th Pass) is mandatory
Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
Good English communication skills required
Ability to work under minimal supervision
