Very bad experience, they don't have proper customer care, website is designed in such a way that nobody can raise complaints & no action after filling of your compensation claims. I will not book tickets in future.

Today I was traveling with Etihad..from Mumbai to Abu Dhabi... behaviour of staff was very rude ...no one was taking care of passengers appropriately

Swapnali Rasam and Akshay Singh were excellent and very kind to us. Made us feel so comfortable at the check in counter. We need more staff like them.

Excellent quality service flight at the time take up and landing I apply my Etihad Airways silver cards but until now not received it any email I have to follow up because my next vacation very soon next year 2024
