Very bad experience, they don't have proper customer care, website is designed in such a way that nobody can raise complaints & no action after filling of your compensation claims. I will not book tickets in future.

Today I was traveling with Etihad..from Mumbai to Abu Dhabi... behaviour of staff was very rude ...no one was taking care of passengers appropriately
