Took 3 days of phone calls to change auto pay to a new card as the one they had on file was expiring. Never experienced such a fiasco trying to actually PAY a company and be proactive.

If I could leave negative I would. They took it upon themselves to cancel one of my other insurance policies. Not for lack of payment but they decided to replace my policy I took out in 2023 . Not happy at all. Then they wouldn't talk with me about it . They collaborated with banner and zander for this debacle.

Ethos is a user friendly and lays everything out in black and white. The only problem I came across was not being able to be the policy owner of the policy I'm getting for my children. However, everything else was great.
